Directed by Paul Greengrass

One of the most intense films I’ve ever seen. Greengrass and company did a good job of sticking to dramatization, as opposed to commentary, letting the events — at least as depicted — speak for themselves. As a result, the failures and triumphs seem all the more real and poignant and, on the whole, the project steers clear of exploitative sentimentalism.
