My parents are flying in tomorrow and my sister will be joining us next week. Should be a fun week. That reminds me… On the day I took these photos, I stopped in at Popeye’s to have some of their crispy crawfish ettouffe. It’s okay, but no substitute for the real thing. Living in south Louisiana for more than a decade sure can spoil you as far as good food is concerned.
